Title: Setting your Mind on the Things of the Spirit
Set your mind on the things above and not on earthly things. Col.3:2 (NKJV).
Jesus answered him, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, that unless a person is born again (anew, from above), he cannot ever see (know, be acquainted with, and experience) the kingdom of God. John.3:3 (AMPC).
The life lived from above is the life lived in the spirit. We who are born again are commanded to live from above, from where we were born, by God. Living from above entails being led by the Holy Spirit and making decisions that are in line with God’s will. It is a life of detachment, submission, and closeness to our Creator.
